Noir Dress with Lace Top and Wetlook Skirt

Exciting and beautiful Noir dress with lace top and wetlook skirt!

Long sleeve, knee-length dress from Noir that is fitted at the waist. The dress is made out of a mixture of soft lace (top part) and shiny matte power wet look (skirt part). The small stand-up collar has two buttons at the back to fasten it. There is a small slit up the back of the skirt part.
