Right of withdrawal / Return
You have a 14-day right of withdrawal when you shop at sexshop2000.dk.
The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you:
- Receive your item
- Physically receive the last item when it concerns an order for several different items ordered in one order and delivered individually. You must notify us within 14 days of receipt that you wish to cancel your purchase. The notification must be given by phone at 74 67 50 61 or via email at info@sexshop2000.dk. In your message, you must make it clear to us that you wish to use your right of withdrawal. You can also choose to use the standard withdrawal form and send it back. The standard withdrawal form is included with your order confirmation and is found later in the text.
You cannot withdraw by simply refusing to receive the item without giving us clear notice of this.
Returning a Product
You must send your order back to us without undue delay and no later than 14 days after you have informed us that you wish to withdraw your purchase. You must bear the direct costs associated with returning the item. When returning, you are responsible for ensuring that the item is packed securely. You bear the risk of the item from the time of delivery. The package must be delivered to our address; we do not pick up packages at the post office.
If you received a quantity discount or free shipping and then regret part of the purchase and no longer meet the conditions for receiving the quantity discount or free shipping, you will no longer be entitled to the value of the discount or shipping.
Items excluded from the right of withdrawal
The following types of items are excluded from the right of withdrawal:
- Delivery of sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons, and where the seal has been broken after delivery.
- Delivery of sealed audio or video recordings or computer software which the consumer has broken the seal on.
You lose your right of withdrawal if:
- You break the seal on items that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons.
- You break the seal on audio or video recordings or computer software.
Condition of the item when you return it
You are only liable for any deterioration in the value of the item due to handling other than what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the item. In other words – you can try the item in the same way you would in a physical store.
If the item has been tested beyond what is described above, we consider it used, which means that upon withdrawal of the purchase, you will only receive part or none of the purchase amount back, depending on the item's commercial value, and in some cases, it may mean that you can only get the shipping costs back.
To receive the full purchase amount back, you must do the same as you can in a physical store. You may test the item, but not actually use it.
Refund of the purchase amount
If you withdraw your purchase, you will of course get the amount you paid to us back. In the event of a decrease in value for which you are liable, this will be deducted from the purchase amount.
If you use your right of withdrawal, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (excluding additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest form of standard delivery that we offer), without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the date we received notification of your decision to withdraw from this agreement. We will make such a refund using the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction unless you have expressly agreed otherwise.
We can withhold the refund until we have received the item back, unless you have provided proof of having returned it.
Partial Withdrawal / Return
In the case of partial returns, where you only return some of the products in your order, the shipping costs will not be refunded. If you received free shipping on purchases over 600 DKK (Only for Denmark) and the return results in the total amount falling below 600 DKK, your order will subsequently be charged for shipping. You will then receive that amount less in return.

What should I include with the return?
You must include a copy of the order confirmation. Processing will be faster if you also complete a return note with information on what you want. If you want another product or payment returned.
