All prices are in DKK and are listed with and without 25% Danish VAT. If you buy from a country Outside EU you will get the products dutyfree.

We accept the following payment methods: Dankort, Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard, Maestro, JCB & MobilePay, ViaBill.

You can also pay by bank transfer (Note! When paying by bank transfer, you are not protected by the chargeback scheme). There is NO fee associated with using the different payment options.

When purchasing with ViaBill, you will first receive your goods. Then you must pay your monthly installment on the same date each month. If you do not pay on time, a fee will be applied. If you regret your purchase, the agreement with ViaBill will be terminated. Read more here:

The amount will only be withdrawn from your card when the goods are dispatched from A larger amount than what you approved at the time of purchase can never be withdrawn.

Reservation of amount

If you pay with an international payment card and MobilePay, the amount is reserved immediately. This applies to Visa, Mastercard, and MobilePay.

The money is reserved on your card or account until:

  • We withdraw the amount when we send the item, or
  • Until the money is released according to the agreement with your card issuer. You can read more about the rules for your specific card from your card issuer.

How to shop with us

To make a purchase on, you must go through 5 steps:

  1. Find the item(s) you want and add them to your cart, then go to checkout.
  2. Enter your personal information.
  3. Choose the shipping/payment method.
  4. Approve our terms and conditions.
  5. Check that all information is correct on the summary page and approve the purchase.


The normal delivery time for the offered products depends on the country you order from. We normally ship within 1 working day from the order date, unless otherwise stated for the item (provided the order is placed before 3:00 PM).

Right of withdrawal / Return

You have a 14-day right of withdrawal when you shop at

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you:

  • Receive your item
  • Physically receive the last item when it concerns an order for several different items ordered in one order and delivered individually. You must notify us within 14 days of receipt that you wish to cancel your purchase. You cannot withdraw by simply refusing to receive the item without giving us clear notice of this.

Returning a Product

You must send your order back to us without undue delay and no later than 14 days after you have informed us that you wish to withdraw your purchase. You must bear the direct costs associated with returning the item. When returning, you are responsible for ensuring that the item is packed securely. You bear the risk of the item from the time of delivery. The package must be delivered to our address; we do not pick up packages at the post office.

If you received a quantity discount or free shipping and then regret part of the purchase and no longer meet the conditions for receiving the quantity discount or free shipping, you will no longer be entitled to the value of the discount or shipping.

Items excluded from the right of withdrawal

The following types of items are excluded from the right of withdrawal:

  • Delivery of sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons, and where the seal has been broken after delivery.
  • Delivery of sealed audio or video recordings or computer software which the consumer has broken the seal on. 

You lose your right of withdrawal if:

  • You break the seal on items that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons.
  • You break the seal on audio or video recordings or computer software.

Condition of the item when you return it

You are only liable for any deterioration in the value of the item due to handling other than what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the item. In other words – you can try the item in the same way you would in a physical store.

If the item has been tested beyond what is described above, we consider it used, which means that upon withdrawal of the purchase, you will only receive part or none of the purchase amount back, depending on the item's commercial value, and in some cases, it may mean that you can only get the shipping costs back.

To receive the full purchase amount back, you must do the same as you can in a physical store. You may test the item, but not actually use it.

Refund of the purchase amount

If you withdraw your purchase, you will of course get the amount you paid to us back. In the event of a decrease in value for which you are liable, this will be deducted from the purchase amount.

If you use your right of withdrawal, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (excluding additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest form of standard delivery that we offer), without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the date we received notification of your decision to withdraw from this agreement. We will make such a refund using the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction unless you have expressly agreed otherwise.

We can withhold the refund until we have received the item back, unless you have provided proof of having returned it.

Partial Withdrawal / Return

In the case of partial returns, where you only return some of the products in your order, the shipping costs will not be refunded. If you received free shipping on purchases over 600 DKK (Only for Denmark) and the return results in the total amount falling below 600 DKK, your order will subsequently be charged for shipping. You will then receive that amount less in return.

What should I include with the return?

You must include a copy of the order confirmation. Processing will be faster if you also complete a return note with information on what you want. If you want another product or payment returned.

Right to complain

The Danish Sale of Goods Act's deficiency rules apply to purchases of goods.

When you shop at as a consumer, you have a 24-month right to complain over a defective product. This means that you can either get the item repaired, replaced, get your money back, or receive a discount, depending on the specific situation. It is of course a requirement that the complaint is justified and that the defect did not arise due to incorrect use of the product or other damaging behavior.

When returning for service, the item must be securely packed and sent by freight with a copy of the purchase invoice and a detailed description of the fault / return form. If it turns out that an item that has been returned has no defects, or that the defect is not covered by the right to complain, Sex Shop 2000 will charge a fee to cover the return shipping. You must complain within a "reasonable time" after discovering the defect in the item. If you complain within two months of discovering the defect, the complaint will always be timely.

When you return the item, please state as detailed as possible what the problem is and include a copy of your purchase invoice. Processing will be faster if you also complete a return note with information on what the specific problem is. Remember, the item must always be returned in secure packaging, and remember to get a receipt for shipping.

We send an email when a customer cancels or complains

If you have sent an item for cancellation or complaint, you will always receive an email when we have received the item. In the email, you will receive information about the further process in connection with the handling of your cancellation/complaint.
